Sātyaki’s Assurance and the Protection of Dharmarāja (सात्यकिवचनम्—धर्मराजरक्षणविचारः)
स त्वमद्य महाबाहो राजानं परिपालय । यथैव हि मया गुप्तस्त्वया गुप्तो भवेत् तथा,“महाबाहो! आज तुम्हीं राजा युधिष्ठिरकी सब ओरसे रक्षा करो। जिस प्रकार वे मेरे द्वारा सुरक्षित होते हैं, उसी प्रकार तुम्हारे द्वारा भी उनकी सुरक्षा हो सकती है
sa tvam adya mahābāho rājānaṃ paripālaya | yathaiva hi mayā guptas tvayā gupto bhavet tathā ||
सञ्जय उवाच— तस्मात् त्वमद्य महाबाहो राजानं सर्वतः परिपालय; यथा मया गुप्तो राजा तथा त्वयापि गुप्तो भवेत्।
