Transliteration

munīnāṃ vaṃśavistāro rājñāṃ śaktervināśanam daurātmyaṃ kauśikasyātha surabherbandhanaṃ tathā

Translation

मुनीनां वंशविस्तारो राज्ञां शक्तेर्विनाशनम् । दौरात्म्यं कौशिकस्याथ सुरभेर्बन्धनं तथा ॥ एतान्यपि निरूप्यन्ते, यथा अधर्मः पशोः पाशं दृढं करोति; स च पशुः पशुपतिं शिवं प्रति निवर्तते।
