Sukta 4
भ॒सदा॑सीदादि॒त्यानां॒ श्रोणी॑ आस्तां॒ बृह॒स्पतेः॑ । पुच्छं॒ वात॑स्य दे॒वस्य॒ तेन॑ धूनो॒त्योष॑धीः
bhasád āsīd ādityā́nāṃ śróṇī āstāṃ bṛ́haspáteḥ | púccʰaṃ vā́tasya devásya téna dhū́noty óṣadhīḥ ||
The rump was of the Ādityas; the hips were set as Bṛhaspati’s. The tail is of the god Wind: therewith he shakes and drives the plants abroad.
भसदादित्यानामासीद्; श्रोणी बृहस्पतेरास्ताम्। पुच्छं वातस्य देवस्य; तेन स औषधीर्धूनोति प्रसारयति।
