Related Themes: Agni Purana 300 (Mantra-Tantra; ritual remedies/prayoga section)
It gives a prayoga (practical rite) specifying materials—white arka root and oblation-items like sesame, ghee, rice, curd, and honey—to obtain sarvāpti (all-round success), saubhāgya (good fortune), and vaśyatā (attraction/influence).
Alongside theology and dharma, the Agni Purana preserves applied ritual-technology: ingredient-based procedures (dravyas) and their stated results, functioning like a compendium of pragmatic rites and material prescriptions.
The verse frames desired outcomes as arising from correctly performed, substance-specific offerings—implying that disciplined ritual action (karma) with prescribed dravyas yields auspicious merit and worldly attainments.
