यावकेन दिनैकं तु गोमूत्रेण च कारयेत् ॥ रात्रौ वीरासनं कुर्यादाकाशशयने वसेत्

В течение одного дня следует совершать обет с зерном явака и также с коровьей мочой; ночью следует сидеть в позе вирасана и пребывать на открытом, неукрытом ложе.
