Varaha Purana 128.87 — Adhyaya 128, Shloka 87

Rites for the comb, collyrium, and mirror; initiations for the four social orders; and the Gaṇāntikā vow/insignia

ततः शिष्यॊ गुरुश्चैव दीक्षितः शुचिरुत्तमः ॥ नमो नारायणेत्युक्त्वा इमं मन्त्रमुदीरयेत् ।

tataḥ śiṣyo guruś caiva dīkṣitaḥ śucir uttamaḥ || namo nārāyaṇety uktvā imaṃ mantram udīrayet
