tasyāṃ sāṃnidhyamevāstu tava deva jagatpate | sāṃnidhyaṃ kuruta cātra yamunā duhitā tava | tvatsutastu mahātejā dharmarājo mahābalaḥ
Durvāsā
Tirtha: Durvāsā-Āditya with Yamunā–Dharmarāja sānnidhya (Prabhāsa)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Durvāsā requests a triad of presences at the shrine: Sūrya abiding in the image, Yamunā establishing presence, and Dharmarāja (mighty, radiant) also abiding—forming a sacred constellation of light, water, and law.
A kṣetra becomes supremely meritorious when multiple divine powers are invited to abide for the welfare of pilgrims.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, centered on the Durvāsā-Āditya installation and attendant divine presences.
The concept of establishing sānnidhya (abiding presence) of deities at a sacred spot is emphasized.
