Transliteration

bhrāmayennagaraṃ sarvaṃ nānāvādyaiḥ samanvitam | sthāpayedbhrāmayitvā tu sakalaṃ nagaraṃ nṛpaḥ

Translation

Царь должен устроить обход всей столицы в шествии, сопровождаемом множеством музыкальных инструментов; и, обведя так весь город, пусть он вновь установит и упорядочит его должным образом.
