Transliteration

mūlasthānaṃ ca deveśa saṃsnāpya pravilepayet | pūjayiṣyati vastrādyaiḥ svaśaktyā bhūṣaṇaistathā

Translation

О Владыка богов! Омыв (божество) в Муласхтане, следует умастить его благовониями; и совершить поклонение одеждами и иными подношениями, а также украшениями по мере своих сил.
