Transliteration

rājovāca | mamaite sainikā brahmañchataśo'tha sahasraśaḥ | tairabhuktaiḥ kathaṃ bhoktuṃ yujyate mama kīrtaya

Translation

Царь сказал: «О брахман, моих воинов — сотни и тысячи. Если они не ели, как же мне подобает есть? Скажи мне».
