tānsarvānpoṣayiṣyāmi tyajyatāṃ mānaso jvaraḥ | tacchrutvā caṇḍaśarmā tu putrairbaṃdhubhiranvitaḥ
Narrator (deduced Nāgara Khaṇḍa Tīrthamāhātmya narrative voice)
Tirtha: Sarasvatī (implied goal)
Type: tirtha
Scene: A consoling figure promises to maintain everyone; Caṇḍaśarmā, with sons and kinsmen, is shown readying for departure, anxiety easing.
Relieve inner distress through dharmic resolve—supporting others and moving forward with steadiness of mind.
The wider passage leads toward the Sarasvatī-tīra (revealed explicitly in the following verses).
No direct rite is given here; it sets the ethical mood (tyāga of mental turmoil) before the tīrtha-acts that follow.
