kṛṣṇārjunau tadā martye dvāparāṃte dvijottamāḥ | avatīrṇo dharāpṛṣṭhe mithaḥ snehānugau tadā | naranārāyaṇāvetau svayameva vyavasthitau
О лучшие из брахманов, в конце эпохи Двапара Кришна и Арджуна нисшли в мир смертных на поверхность земли, взаимно связанные узами любви. Эти двое — Нара и Нараяна — сами собой явились и утвердились.
Sūta
Tirtha: Cakrapāṇi-kṣetra (contextualized by Kṛṣṇa-Arjuna/Nara-Nārāyaṇa)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Dvijottamāḥ (sages)
Scene: Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna appear on earth at the end of Dvāpara, standing together in affectionate companionship; a subtle overlay shows them as Nara-Nārāyaṇa, with divine radiance behind their human forms.
Divine purpose can appear through human companionship—friendship aligned with dharma becomes a vehicle of avatāra-work.
The Adhyāya 152 tīrtha is exalted by being woven into the sacred history of Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna/Nara–Nārāyaṇa.
No explicit ritual; the verse strengthens tīrtha-reverence through avatāra-identification.
