te'pi saṃdhyājalairdevi nihatā brāhmaṇottamaiḥ | mayā ca taṃ vimuñcaṃti mūrcchitā nipatanti ca
О Богиня, и они также поражаются водою Сандхьи, которую держат лучшие из брахманов; и моей силой тоже они отпускают его, затем лишаются чувств и падают ниц.
Śiva (Mahādeva)
Listener: Devī / Pārvatī
Scene: At twilight, several brāhmaṇas cast arghya in unison; the water becomes radiant darts striking dark beings who then release the Sun and collapse unconscious.
Daily dharma (like Sandhyā) is depicted as a real spiritual power that defeats negativity and restores the rightful course of the divine.
The emphasis is on tīrtha-linked ritual potency (Sandhyā-water) rather than a specific named tīrtha in this verse.
Sandhyā-vandana using sandhyā-jala, upheld especially by brāhmaṇas, as a protective rite.
