Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 24
श्रीभगवानुवाच । एतद्रूपं मया शक्र कृतं तस्य वधाय वै । अवध्यः सर्वभूतानां यतोन्येषां मया हतः
śrībhagavānuvāca | etadrūpaṃ mayā śakra kṛtaṃ tasya vadhāya vai | avadhyaḥ sarvabhūtānāṃ yatonyeṣāṃ mayā hataḥ
Благословенный Господь сказал: «О Шакра, воистину Я принял этот облик, чтобы поразить его; ибо он был неуязвим для всех существ — потому он был убит Мною, а не другими».
