हाहा पुत्र परित्यक्त्वा मां च क्वासि विनिर्गतः । अनावृत्तिकरं स्थानं किं स्नेहो नास्ति ते मयि
hāhā putra parityaktvā māṃ ca kvāsi vinirgataḥ | anāvṛttikaraṃ sthānaṃ kiṃ sneho nāsti te mayi
«Увы, сын мой! Оставив меня, куда ты ушёл? Неужели ты отправился в место, откуда нет возврата? Неужто нет в тебе любви ко мне?»
