Transliteration

viśāṃpatirathovāca tanmukhacchāyayeritam | vijñāya tadabhiprāyamalaṃbhītyā puraukasaḥ

Translation

Тогда владыка народа, царь, заговорил, побуждённый выражением их лиц. Уразумев их намерение, горожане, свободные от страха, внимали в благоговейной тишине.
