नमो हरस्वरूपाय भूतसंहारकारिणे । महाभूतात्मभूताय भूतानां पतये नमः

namo harasvarūpāya bhūtasaṃhārakāriṇe | mahābhūtātmabhūtāya bhūtānāṃ pataye namaḥ
