सिद्धाश्रम-प्रसङ्गः
Siddhashrama and the Vāmana Narrative
एष पूर्वाश्रमो राम वामनस्य महात्मन:।।1.29.3।।सिद्धाश्रम इति ख्यातस्सिद्धो ह्यत्र महातपा:।
adyaiva dīkṣāṃ praviśa bhadraṃ te munipuṅgava |
siddhāśramo 'yaṃ siddhaḥ syāt satyam astu vacas tava || 1.29.29 ||
«Вступи в дикшу (dīkṣā) уже сегодня, о лучший из мудрецов; да будет тебе благо. Пусть этот Сиддхашрам достигнет полного свершения; да будет истинно твоё слово.»
"O Rama! this was the hermitage of glorious Vamana. The great sage her performed his ascetic pratices here, hence it is known as siddhashrama.
