The Queens Behold Rama’s Śrāddha Offering
दक्षिणाग्रेषु दर्भेषु सा ददर्श महीतले।पितुरिङ्गुदिपिण्याकं न्यस्तमायतलोचना।।2.103.8।।
dakṣiṇāgreṣu darbheṣu sā dadarśa mahītale |
pitur iṅgudipiṇyākaṁ nyastam āyatalocanā ||2.103.8||
Кауcалья с большими глазами увидела на земле лепёшки из мякоти ингуди, положенные для её супруга на траву дарбха, чьи кончики были обращены к югу.
That large-eyed Kausalya beheld the cakes of ingudi pulp placed by Rama for his father on a spread of darbha grass whose blades pointed toward the south.
