पक्षात्सगोगणो मुक्तो दशार्णे चाप्ययं विधिः । तारो हृद्भगवान् ङेंतः श्रीगोविंदस्तथा भवेत् ॥ ६५ ॥
pakṣātsagogaṇo mukto daśārṇe cāpyayaṃ vidhiḥ | tāro hṛdbhagavān ṅeṃtaḥ śrīgoviṃdastathā bhavet || 65 ||
Когда (мантрический) слоговой узел освобождается от расположения «пакша», тот же самый порядок применяется и в десятисложной (дашарṇa) форме: слог «тара» помещают в сердце как Бхагаван, а заключительный носовой звук утверждают — так возникает почитаемая мантра Шри Говинды.

It teaches that the mantra is not merely recited but ritually “installed” (nyāsa), especially at the heart, so the practitioner internalizes Govinda as Bhagavān through precise syllabic method.
By directing the sādhaka to place the saving syllable (‘tāra’) in the heart as the Lord, it frames mantra-practice as intimate devotion—making Govinda the inner presence rather than only an external deity.
It reflects a technical, Vedāṅga-like concern for phonetic/ritual precision: syllable-count (daśārṇa), mantra-grouping (gaṇa), and the correct terminal sound—features tied to śikṣā (phonetics) and ritual procedure.
