त्रिधा कृत्वा सपूगानि मूलेनैव समर्पयेत् । एवं संपूज्य मंत्रज्ञो जपेद्दशशंत मनुम् ॥ ४७ ॥
tridhā kṛtvā sapūgāni mūlenaiva samarpayet | evaṃ saṃpūjya maṃtrajño japeddaśaśaṃta manum || 47 ||
Разделив орехи ареки (pūga) на три части, следует поднести их у самого корня (священного растения), произнося то же коренное мантра. Так, совершив поклонение должным образом, знаток мантр должен повторить священную формулу тысячу раз.
