Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 114

गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā

एतत्समाकर्ण्य वचः सगरःसर्ववित्प्रभुः । दैवेन शिक्षिता दुष्टा इत्युवाचातिहर्षितः ॥ ११४ ॥

etatsamākarṇya vacaḥ sagaraḥsarvavitprabhuḥ | daivena śikṣitā duṣṭā ityuvācātiharṣitaḥ || 114 ||

Услышав эти слова, царь Сагара — могучий владыка, всеведущий — с великой радостью сказал: «Этого злодея наставила сама судьба».
