Тех, кто непрестанно произносит: «Харе, Кешава, Говинда, Васудева, о Всепроникающий Владыка мироздания», — Кали не может поразить.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It presents Vishnu’s name-remembrance (nāma-smaraṇa) as a direct spiritual safeguard: steady recitation aligns the mind with Hari, so the disturbances of Kali-yuga cannot overpower the devotee.
Bhakti is expressed here as simple, continuous devotion through divine names—uttering Vishnu’s epithets daily with faith—showing that remembrance itself becomes the protective and purifying practice.
Primarily Śikṣā (proper recitation) and Vyākaraṇa in practice: clear, regular chanting of the names is emphasized as the effective discipline, even without elaborate ritual complexity.
