Погрузившись в созерцание Того (Высшей Реальности), он становится не отличным от Параматмана. Всякое чувство различия по отношению к Нему возникает лишь из неведения.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta (peace)
Secondary Rasa: bhakti (devotion)
It teaches that steady contemplation (bhāvanā) of the Supreme Reality culminates in direct non-dual identity with the Paramātman; perceived separation is only a product of ignorance.
By emphasizing continuous absorption in “That” (the Supreme), it aligns with mature bhakti where loving remembrance and one-pointed devotion ripen into oneness of purpose and realization, dissolving the devotee’s sense of separateness.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught here; the practical takeaway is disciplined inner practice—bhāvanā (meditative assimilation) to remove ajñāna—rather than ritual, grammar, or astrology.
