Adhyaya 84 — The Gods’ Hymn after the Slaying of Mahishasura and the Goddess’ Boon
इत्येतत्कथितं भूप सम्भूता सा यथा पुरा ।
देवी देवशरीरेभ्यो जगत्त्रय हितैषिणी ॥
ity etat kathitaṃ bhūpa sambhūtā sā yathā purā | devī devaśarīrebhyo jagattrayahitaiṣiṇī ||
Так было поведано, о царь, как Она явилась, как и прежде, — Богиня, восставшая из тел богов, желая блага трёх миров.
