Transliteration

udaṅmukhaḥ snānaṃ satataṃ śaucaṃ kuryāt samāhitaḥ

Translation

Бхишма сказал: Следует регулярно совершать омовение, обратившись лицом к северу, и, с собранным и внимательным умом, непрестанно хранить чистоту — и в поведении, и в телесной опрятности.
