Sukta 59

A spell unshattered, well-established, of fair fashion, he setteth within the sacrificial acts. Even the former impulsions overpass (all hindrance) for him who, by deed, hath his being in Indra.
Rishi: Ṛgvedic provenance (Book 20 is a Rig-collection in AVŚ); traditional attribution follows the source Ṛg hymn’s seer (not uniquely Atharvanic here).
Devata: Indra (as the power underwriting efficacious karman)
Chandas: Triṣṭubh/Jagati-type dictional cadence (as per Ṛgvedic source; exact metrical identification depends on the underlying RV verse).
