Transliteration

evamavekṣitāyavyayaḥ kośadaṇḍavyasanaṃ nāvāpnoti

Translation

При таком надзоре за доходами и расходами не наступают бедствия, затрагивающие казну и карательный аппарат (штрафы/наказания).
