Transliteration

maṇimadhyaṃ vā maṇisopānakam

Translation

Оправа для драгоценностей может быть «maṇimadhya» — с камнем, помещённым в центре, — или «maṇisopānaka» — расположенной ступенями/ярусами из камней.
