Chapter 365 — क्षत्रविट्शूद्रवर्गाः
The Classes of Kṣatriyas, Vaiśyas, and Śūdras
tūṇopāsaṅgatūṇīraniṣaṅgā iṣudhirdvayoḥ asirṛṣṭiś ca nistriṃśaḥ karavālaḥ kṛpālaḥkṛpāṇavat

This verse imparts Dhanurveda lexicography: it standardizes technical names for archery gear (quiver/arrow-holder) and for bladed weapons (sword and related terms), helping correct identification and usage in martial training and manuals.
By cataloging specialized weapon terminology—covering both archery equipment and sword/spear nomenclature—it shows the Agni Purana functioning as a reference work that preserves practical, technical knowledge alongside religious and mythic material.
The passage is primarily technical rather than devotional; its significance lies in promoting right knowledge (yathārtha-jñāna) and disciplined conduct in kṣātra duties—using precise terminology to support orderly training and responsible application of force.
