FAQs

Ayurvedic rasāyana practice: specified intake of harītakī and a Triphalā formulation enhanced with pippalī and ghee for rejuvenation and longevity.

It shows the Agni Purāṇa preserving practical medical guidance alongside theology—detailing household-accessible herbal formulations (harītakī, Triphalā, pippalī, ghṛta) as part of its broad compendium of sciences.

By promoting health, longevity, and sattvic well-being through rasāyana conduct, the instruction supports sustained dharma-practice (daily duties, worship, and self-discipline), framed as a beneficial, life-supporting regimen.
