The Greatness of Mathurā: The Ardhacandra Sacred Bathing Rite and the Procedure for the Yajñopavīta Observance

अर्द्धचन्द्रे विशेषोऽस्ति तीर्थे विश्रान्तिसंज्ञके ॥ दाहादिकरणे तत्र गर्दभोऽपि चतुर्भुजः ॥

arddhacandre viśeṣo 'sti tīrthe viśrāntisaṃjñake || dāhādikaraṇe tatra gardabho 'pi caturbhujaḥ ||
