Transliteration

varṣeṣṭame tu saṃprāpte pariṇītā dvijanmanā | tasminneva gṛhe sarpo madīye vasate nṛpa

Translation

Quando chegou o oitavo ano, fui dada em casamento a um “duas-vezes-nascido”. Naquela mesma casa, ó rei, a serpente habitava—sim, na minha própria morada.
