तदा द्वाराणि संरुद्ध्य दश प्राणान्स मुञ्चति । पुण्य पापक्षयं कृत्वा प्राणा गच्छंति योगिनाम् । अणिमादिगुणैश्वर्यं प्राप्नुवंति शिवालये
tadā dvārāṇi saṃruddhya daśa prāṇānsa muñcati | puṇya pāpakṣayaṃ kṛtvā prāṇā gacchaṃti yoginām | aṇimādiguṇaiśvaryaṃ prāpnuvaṃti śivālaye
Então, tendo selado as ‘portas’ do corpo (as aberturas dos sentidos), ele libera as dez correntes vitais. Após levar mérito e pecado ao esgotamento, os prāṇas do iogue partem e alcançam a morada de Śiva, onde obtêm as perfeições soberanas do yoga, começando por aṇimā (minúcia).
