Transliteration

sarvatejomayaṃ sarvadevaṃ devairnamaskṛtam | bhramamāṇaṃ nirādhāraṃ kālamānaprayojakam

Translation

Ele contemplou Aquele todo-radiante, o deus que, em certo sentido, é «todos os deuses», saudado pelas divindades—movendo-se adiante sem apoio e estabelecendo as medidas do tempo.
