Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Śiva instructs Devī about a powerful liṅga named Varuṇeśvara, located in the southeast of Gaurī’s tapas-grove; the shrine stands as a waypoint in a coastal sacred landscape.
Pilgrimage is mapped as a devotional journey: visiting specific liṅgas in Prabhāsa is itself a dharmic discipline.
Varuṇeśvara liṅga in Prabhāsakṣetra, located near Gaurī’s tapovana.
A directive to go (gacchet) to Varuṇeśvara—implying darśana and worship at the liṅga established by Varuṇa.
