महाभक्त्या महादेवि तस्मिंल्लिंगेऽवतारितः । तं दृष्ट्वा मानवो भक्त्या पूजयित्वा यथाविधि
mahābhaktyā mahādevi tasmiṃlliṃge'vatāritaḥ | taṃ dṛṣṭvā mānavo bhaktyā pūjayitvā yathāvidhi
Ó grande Deusa, por imensa devoção ele fez Śiva descer e habitar naquele Liṅga. Ao vê-lo, o homem deve adorá-lo com fé, segundo o rito devido.
