Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) speaking to the sages (contextual attribution)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Audience of the Purāṇa
Scene: Pṛthu, pleased after hearing the composed praise, grants an appropriate region to the Sūta and the land of the Māgadhas to the Māgadha—formal royal gifting in a sacred assembly.
Dharma includes patronage: a righteous king rewards service that upholds social memory and moral order.
Not a tīrtha; the verse references regions (Anūpa and Magadha) within a broader Prabhāsa-khaṇḍa narration.
A form of dāna/royal grant is implied: rewarding merit and service through land or regional endowment.
