Transliteration

daityānāmadhipo devi viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | kṛtvā varṣaśataṃ yuddhaṃ talasvāmī tato'bhavat

Translation

Ó Deusa, o senhor dos Daityas, após travar guerra por cem anos com Viṣṇu — o poderoso e todo‑potente Viṣṇu — passou então a ser conhecido como Talasvāmi.
