ततस्त्रासाकुलो भूत्वा सर्वांस्तानिदमब्रवीत् । देवकार्यमिदं विप्रा मया कृतमबुद्धिना
tatastrāsākulo bhūtvā sarvāṃstānidamabravīt | devakāryamidaṃ viprā mayā kṛtamabuddhinā
Então, tomado de medo e inquietação, disse a todos: “Ó brāhmaṇas, isto foi um ato em favor dos deuses; contudo eu o fiz tolamente, sem o devido discernimento.”
