tatra snātvā sarasvatyāṃ piṃḍadānaṃ dadāti yaḥ | gayākoṭiguṇaṃ puṇyaṃ vaiśākhyāṃ prāpnuyānnaraḥ
Quem ali se banhar no Sarasvatī e oferecer piṇḍa (oblata aos ancestrais) alcançará, no mês de Vaiśākha, mérito um kroṛa de vezes superior ao de Gayā.
