अरुंधत्युवाच । बिसतंतुर्यथा नित्यं समंतान्नालसंस्थितः । तृष्णा चैवमनाद्यंता तथा देहाश्रिता सदा
aruṃdhatyuvāca | bisataṃturyathā nityaṃ samaṃtānnālasaṃsthitaḥ | tṛṣṇā caivamanādyaṃtā tathā dehāśritā sadā
Arundhatī disse: Assim como a fibra do lótus permanece sempre espalhada por todo o caule do lótus, assim também a sede do desejo (tṛṣṇā), sem começo nem fim, está sempre aderida ao corpo.
