अथोचुस्त्रिदशाः सर्वे सुप्रीता भरतं नृपम् । तुष्टास्तव महाबाहो यज्ञैः संतर्पिता वयम् । वरं वृणीष्व राजेंद्र यत्ते मनसि वर्त्तते
athocustridaśāḥ sarve suprītā bharataṃ nṛpam | tuṣṭāstava mahābāho yajñaiḥ saṃtarpitā vayam | varaṃ vṛṇīṣva rājeṃdra yatte manasi varttate
Então todos os deuses, muito satisfeitos, disseram ao rei Bharata: “Ó de braços poderosos, estamos saciados, nutridos por teus sacrifícios. Ó senhor dos reis, escolhe uma dádiva, aquilo que houver em teu coração.”
