Transliteration

ye śītena prabādhyaṃte vepa mānā muhurmuhuḥ | devasvānāṃ ca hartāro brāhmaṇānāṃ viśeṣataḥ

Translation

Aqueles que são oprimidos pelo frio cortante, tremendo repetidamente, são os ladrões da propriedade do templo e, especialmente, os roubadores da riqueza dos brâmanes.
