अंगैश्चैव तृतीयं तु अभिमंत्र्य सकृत्सकृत् । जप्त्वास्त्रेण क्षिपेद्दिक्षु निर्विघ्नं तु जलं भवेत्
aṃgaiścaiva tṛtīyaṃ tu abhimaṃtrya sakṛtsakṛt | japtvāstreṇa kṣipeddikṣu nirvighnaṃ tu jalaṃ bhavet
E a terceira porção deve ser consagrada repetidas vezes com os aṅga-mantras (mantras dos membros). Tendo recitado o «astra», deve-se lançá-la às direções; então a água fica livre de obstáculos e maus impedimentos.
