अंगैश्चैव तृतीयं तु अभिमंत्र्य सकृत्सकृत् । जप्त्वास्त्रेण क्षिपेद्दिक्षु निर्विघ्नं तु जलं भवेत्
aṃgaiścaiva tṛtīyaṃ tu abhimaṃtrya sakṛtsakṛt | japtvāstreṇa kṣipeddikṣu nirvighnaṃ tu jalaṃ bhavet

Scene: The pilgrim performs aṅga-nyāsa, then casts consecrated clay-water to the four directions, forming an invisible protective circle so the tīrtha-water becomes ‘nirvighna’.
Sacred rites aim at vighna-śānti: mantra and direction-rites are used to make worship and bathing spiritually unobstructed.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, where even the bathing-water is ritually protected and sanctified.
Consecrate the third portion with aṅga-mantras; recite the astra and cast it to the directions so the water becomes nirvighna.
