Transliteration

sāvitryā prītayā dattā sāvitryāḥ pūjayā tathā | sāvitrītyeva nāmā'syāścakre viprājñayā nṛpaḥ

Translation

Concedida pela benevolente Sāvitrī e alcançada pela adoração a Sāvitrī, essa filha veio ao mundo. O rei, por conselho dos brâmanes, deu-lhe justamente o nome “Sāvitrī”.
