यस्तु भुञ्जति शूद्रान्नं मासमेकं निरन्तरम् । इह जन्मनि शूद्रत्वं मृतः शूद्रोऽभिजायते
yastu bhuñjati śūdrānnaṃ māsamekaṃ nirantaram | iha janmani śūdratvaṃ mṛtaḥ śūdro'bhijāyate
Quem comer continuamente, por um mês, a comida de um Śūdra, nesta mesma vida alcança a condição de Śūdra; e, após a morte, renasce como Śūdra.
