न सप्तम्यां स्पृशेत्तैलं नीलवस्त्रं न धारयेत् । न चाप्यामलकैः स्नानं न कुर्यात्कलहं क्वचित्
na saptamyāṃ spṛśettailaṃ nīlavastraṃ na dhārayet | na cāpyāmalakaiḥ snānaṃ na kuryātkalahaṃ kvacit
No dia de Saptamī não se deve tocar em óleo, nem vestir roupas azuis; também não se deve banhar com āmalaka, nem entrar em contenda em lugar algum.
