Transliteration

takṣakaḥ sūryabiṃbasya tejasaḥ śātano mahān | evaṃ tasyā'bhavatputro vasūnāmaṣṭamasya vai

Translation

Esse grande Takṣaka foi um poderoso moderador do fulgor abrasador do disco do Sol. Assim, dele nasceu um filho, de fato o oitavo entre os Vasus.
