Śiva (deduced from Śiva–Pārvatī dialogue cues in this passage)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa (Prābhāsika audaka-tattva)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (Deveśi, Yaśasvinī)
Scene: Skanda instructs Devī: a map-like vision of Prabhāsa with many water-sites glowing; Nārāyaṇa’s affection is shown as a radiance settling upon ponds, ghāṭas, and sea-edge tīrthas labeled ‘prābhāsika’.
Prabhāsa is portrayed as a uniquely sacred locus where Nārāyaṇa’s beloved presence and a primordial ‘watery’ essence are especially manifest.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra (Prabhāsakṣetra), the famed sacred region on the western seacoast celebrated in the Skanda Purāṇa.
No explicit rite is prescribed in this verse; it establishes the theological sanctity of the place as the basis for later tīrtha-merit claims.
